OUR CTN MEMBERS

CTN members are seasoned F&I managers with extensive experience in their roles. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to train others, both in classroom and virtual settings. They should also pass the required interviews and assessments to be an Automotive Finance and Insurance (AFIC) contractor. 

THE JOURNEY TO JOIN

Joining the CTN under the AFIC program offers a unique and rewarding experience for professional trainers. The journey begins with a simple application where candidates can share their automotive expertise. From there, we carefully screen the resumes to find the best fit for our network. This transparent and fair process ensures that only the most qualified candidates are selected.

Once successful candidates are identified, they are invited for one-on-one meetings, followed by a demo lecture where they present for 30 minutes in front of an initially screened group. Successful service providers who perform well during the demo will sign the contractor agreement, marking their official entry into the CTN.

THE KICKOFF PROCESS

Upon joining, trainers undergo specialized training on AFIC’s programs and materials, equipping them with the knowledge necessary for success in the automotive finance and insurance sectors.

As part of CTN, trainers gain exclusive access to the CTN platform, which contains learning resources and other tools that support high-quality training sessions. This access ensures trainers have everything they need to excel in their role and stay ahead of industry developments.

POTENTIAL EARNING

Trainers who fulfill their service commitments receive compensation for each training session they conduct as contracted. With rates determined by the length and content of each session, this opportunity promotes professional advancement along with a substantial income.

Flexibility is another key advantage of CTN. As independent contractors, trainers can manage their schedules and choose the sessions they want to conduct. This independence allows them to balance their personal and professional lives while taking advantage of opportunities that align with their availability.

ENJOY ONGOING SUPPORT

DOWC also guarantees ongoing support for trainers in their roles. They gain access to AFIC’s proprietary materials, technology, and training facilities, giving them the tools for effective service delivery. Their performance is measured through satisfaction metrics, allowing high-performing trainers to advance within the network.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The contractor agreement outlines confidentiality and intellectual property expectations, providing stability and security for trainers throughout their tenure with DOWC.

WANT TO TRAVEL NATIONWIDE?

When training sessions require travel, DOWC covers transportation and lodging costs, allowing trainers to take on assignments without the stress of additional expenses. This support makes it easier for trainers to accept opportunities wherever they arise.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Below are the sequential steps for joining our CTN.

1. Apply and send us your resume.
2. We will screen the resumes and shortlist potential service providers/contractors.
3. If you’re selected, we will reach out to you to schedule a demo lecture.
4. You agree to the terms and conditions and sign the CTN agreement.
5. You will attend a CTN workshop.
6. You must achieve 80% or higher on the subject trained.
7. You will join the CTN network and be on our trainers’ list for nationwide events.
8. Earn extra income by leveraging your expertise with others. Payment is per event.

NOTE

The number of training events assigned to the trainer in a month, or a year depends on their location, and willingness to travel across states.

As a contractor or service provider, you maintain your current role at your organization while extending your services to our teams nationwide on time slots we agree on before the events.
